If i have a fever 100 degree, can i walk around or should i take full rest?

Take a walk.: Fever in and of itself is not of much import or consequence. Especially when only 100 as you note. No benefit to rest for this. Unless you have a ontraindication you may take acetaminophen or a non steroidal agent if you have discomfort.
