No: all antibiotics in the United States require a prescription. furthermore, not all throat infections are bacterial and require antibiotics. see a physician to determine if antibiotics are truly needed.

Rx only: In the United States, antibiotics for humans are available only by prescription. Antibiotics will not be helpful for viral infections, the most common cause of sore throats.
