More than 5: There are many more than 5 proteins found in the blood. I suppose you could base them in broader categories: Albumin, Fibrinogen and other clotting factors, Globulins, and regulatory proteins. Albumin provides oncotic pressure to the vascular system. Fibrinogen and associated clotting factors -self explanatory. Globulins are part of the immune system and regulatory proteins serve many fxns
