I don't know: your before and after lipid levels. However, seroquel (quetiapine) and other atypical antipsychotics can have the side effect of increasing lipid/ cholesterol levels. Seroquel (quetiapine) has less lipid issues than some of the other atypical antipsychotics. I don't see a psychiatric diagnosis. If you are using it for sleep problems - there are other options that should not impact lipid levels. Take care.
