Although the chance: is very low for a neuroleptic malignant syndrome would still get this checked ASAP. Lethargy, fever (temp is usually > 38° C ), movement abnormalities could be early signs of NMS. Are you breathing more rapidly? Rapid heart rate? Rigid muscles?
