Not really.: combination birth control pills, nuvaring and the patch would regulate the hormones more effectively. Depo will cause a change in your hormones, I just wouldn't call it a regulation. More of a just a change. The pill would be better too at preventing the number of cysts on your ovaries, while Depo-Provera not so much.
