Pre-term delivery: I'm sorry to hear that your wife miscarried one of the twins. :( The biggest worry when one twin miscarriages is that the second twin will also miscarry or deliver early. Hopefully, this was a pregnancy with two sacs and the membranes of the remaining twin are in-tact. The answer depends on the gestational age; if the twins were identical or not; and many other factors. Ask your ob!
