Heartattack: If you feel short of breath on exertion, sweating, pressure like sensation in the center of the chest, irregular heart beats etc. they are sogns of a heart issue. Please seek medical attention as soon as possible if these symptoms exist. If you have diabetes, you may not feel the crushing pain that normally accompanies a heart attack. Please see a doctor soon. See your PCP: get your BP and heart checked with PCP....metallic taste can be the result of meds, intraoral galvanic currents, clenching/grinding, periodontal disease
