OAB : Overactive Bladder which is often idiopathic and transient in young women may not have any associated abnormal general testing. Look at caffeine and nicotine intake, or bladder irritants in the diet. Also, spinal injury, spinal surgery, and chronic back pain can be associated with urinary frequency.
