See a doctor: No doubt about it this is something that needs to be evaluated by a doctor physically. This is an issue that needs to be physically touched, measured. More history is needed as well.

Lump: Can be many things including a lymph node, the parotid gland or possibly even the process of the second verterbra that can easily be felt if you are thin. Warm compresses and ibuprofen help but see an ENT to check it out
