Lightly palpate at the groin area to see if i could feel any lymph nodes. didnt feel anything but the area is sore now. did i palpate too hard? i have cysts on my ovaries both sides that are aching now?

Ovarian Cysts not related. But one can make nodes tender and enlarge by repeated feeling them with vigor. Stop.
