Be Careful: Undergoing general anesthesia is not completely out of the question but it can be very risky. There are two very important things that need to be considered. First is the severity of the pulmonary hypertension and whether you need to be on something stronger such as an IV or SubQ medication prior to surgery. Second is whether this surgery is absolutely necessary.
