Possibly: Mitral valve repair and mitral valve replacement are different surgeries. Mitral valve replacement may use a metallic valve that would have inherent risk of bleeding. So any activity that would be potentially jarring may increase risk of bleeding. Many rides are tame enough that this shouldn't be a problem however. Check with your doctor first.
