Tonsil enlargement: You have not told us your age, medical conditions, duration of symptoms. You may have a tonsillar abscess and need to be seen by a doctor without further delay. If the asymmetric hypertrophy is long-term, it may be suggestive og neoplasm and will require excisional biopsy for definitive diagnosis.

Tonsil: The white stuff sounds like a tonsil stone which is common. Generally if one tonsil is much bigger than another we recommend tonsillectomy to look for an explanation of the assymetry
