Implanon: Many people get new symptoms while on the Implanon. it tends to shorten the periods and sometimes cause irregular bleeding. The cramping can be due to many different things and could be the uterus, the bladder or the intestines. Keep yourself hydrated, eat fiber, have a bowel movement daily and get evaluated by your doctor to determine where exactly the pain is coming from.
