Belly discomfort: This is likely due to the stretching of tissue on the abdominal wall. If there is burning a little lower, you should see your doctor to rule out a urinary tract infection. This sound like stretching however. If the pain gets worse, a physical exam will be important to rule out other problems like hernia, injury etc.
