Repeat your test: if a second test is negative. give your ob/gyn a call. Your breasts respond to a higher level of estrogen such as when you ovulate.

Negative Preg Test: The Urine pregnancy test is more specific for pregnancy than a blood test. If it is negative, you are not pregnant. That is not to say that you ovulated late and the pregnancy test may turn up positive in the next few days. If you don't get your period in the next week and you have regular periods normally, you should see your doctor for the period issues and the breast issues.
