Possibly Tietze synd: If anterior chest could be costochondritis,inflammation of anterior rib cartilages.When pain is accompanied by swelling, referred to as Tietze syndrome.Costochondritis itreatment Sometimes pain resolves without treatment. Cause is usually unknown. Costochondritis affects females more often.Tietze may require steroid inj.,ice, analgesic patch,avoiding aggravating activities.See DR for confirmation
