Not pregnancy: A pregnancy test will be positive within about 2 weeks from the time you conceive. Other hormonal changes might lead to some symptoms similar to pregnancy, such as delayed periods, breast tenderness, or others. Doing something to regulate your periods may well improve your symptoms: there are various medications that would likely help.
