Anything else?: Is it diarrhea? Is she ill? Does she have fever? Any other symptoms? The color of poo doesn't really mean anything all that significant unless it's red with blood. There is a "Diaper Decoder" website supported by the formula Similac. It has pictures of various diapers/poop and what it can mean. It usually means all is fine. For some reason, Mom's worry a lot about poop.
