Unknown: Pulsatilla is a relatively benign herbal remedy that has no dosing data. It can, in large amounts, contribute to heart irregularity. It has been used for years for a wide variety of illnesses but JRA is not one of the more common uses. I recommend you consider it as only an adjunct to appropriate medical therapy managed by a Rheumatologist.
