Intravaginal: It is probably safe in a short course orally but I would prefer to use the intravaginal treatment when breast feeding.

Yes: This is considered about ass safe as it gets for use during breastfeeding.Whether it is taken by mouth or used as a vaginal gel, it is absorbed & some passes to baby.Multiple studies have shown no negative effect on the kid.Use as needed.
