Psoriasis vs eczema? differences? on 1yr face. dry flaky patches on cheek. pinkish areas on chin.

Eczema possible: Sounds like eczema is possible as at this young age it tends to present on the face. Moisture rashes are common too. Psoriasis is very unlikely to appear at this age (maybe unheard of?).
