Opposite: Herpes could look like a UTI on the urine test if the diagnosis was not based on urine culture. Herpes is typically tested with PCR which is highly accurate.

No: UTi is usually caused by bacterial infection. Herpse test is caused by a virus. If the test is aviral culture of a lesion then you have acute Herpes. If it is an antibody it may indicate chronic or acute depending on the type of antibody and type of Herpes positive
