No: Seroquel (quetiapine) should not give you vertigo or a headache. See a doctor. Get an MRI of the brain. Even if you were successfully treated for small cell lung cancer and have been in remission for more than 5 years you still need to exclude a structural surgically correctable lesion with your symptoms.
