Probably: For 5'5 female, your ideal body weight would be closer to 135-140 pounds or so (110 lb +5 lb/each inch above 5'0") So, the extra 60 pounds may play into this, although not always, and depends on genetic factors too. Also postural mechanics and core strength can add to this if you tend to have forward head posture, which is not neutral. Losing weight will tend to show less of the double chin effect
