Posture: Growth stops at the end of puberty. Your height depends on a lot of factors other than your genes such as nutrition, your growth pattern, chronic disease etc. Appropriate posture will not increase your height ,but will make most of your of it. Height estimation for boys: (mother's height + 5 inches) + father's height] divided by two +/- 2inches
