Wait: You have a few more years of growing until your growth plates fuse and calcify. Eat healthy. There is not much beyond good nutrition and genetics that will influence height healthily.

Hard to tell: Most males can expect to reach the average of their parents height plus 2.5 inches. Some males who enter puberty early will stop at 16 and some who start puberty later may grow until 20. An x-ray of your wrist/hand can be assessed for bone maturity. If the growth centers are open you will grow more,if closed you are done.Proper nutrition,rest and exercise support the best growth.
