Lung capacity: Is essentially the volume of air that fills your lungs. Ways to increase are breathing exercises ( deep breathing, blowing up balloons, etc. ) and exercise, especially cardio. Athletes are always looking for ways to increase their lung capacities to improve performance. Lots of websites out there about it. Also, stop smoking if you do and optimize your asthma treatment if you are asthmatic.
