Nothing to do: If you mean that the baby is in a transverse position in your uterus on ultrasound, there is no need to do anything. This is not uncommon and is considered an unstable lie. That is, the baby doesn't stay in this position . If it doesn't turn on its own which they almost always do, the doctor can turn it (called doing an external version) or, in the worse case do a c-section.
