Pain: Pain in multiple areas. Neck and left lower back pain probably muscular, it might be originating from the vertebral column. You may have arthritis changes in the vertebral joints causing nearby muscular pain. If the pain does not get better after 4- 6 wks time consider getting a consult and having imaging studies to rule out nerve impingement.
