Worrisome symptoms: 30y male w. "neck, low back & joint pain" and severe intermittent abdominal pain needs a wise generalist physician to evaluate for such disorders as ankylosing spondylitis, IBS, autoimmune disorders etc., & a Rheumatology consult might be in order. If the abdominal pain were to be constant or associated with feverishness or vomiting then an urgent general surgeon's evaluation would be needed.
