Fever: OK...this is likely contamination of the urine source. In most infections there will be the predominance of one bacterial species causing the issue...and there will be many per high powered field. In her case, there are 2 types and only rare (per high powered field) and you didn't mention any white blood cells either. This doesn't look like much to my eyes.
