See your physician: in young people it is usually fibroadenoma which is NOT cancer. Please see your physician

Breast lumps: Breast lumps that fluctuate in size (or disappear altogether) in relation to a menstrual cycle are generally not the types of lumps to be concerned about. Lumps that persist, do not move with the surrounding tissue or are increasing in size are the ones that should be evaluated. And remember, caffeine intake can alter the breast tissue and make monitoring more difficult.
