My right breast has a hard painful lump . i feed my 3 &a half month old baby with expressed breast milk .can i take ibrupofen 600mg for engorged breas?

Yes: The small amount of Ibuprofen that would get into your breastmilk is safe for baby. A heat pack and massage (even if it hurts) will help unclog the duct that is causing the lump. If you have fever or redness of your skin over the lump you should see your doctor.
