Rheumatoid: I would be concerned for some type for Rheumatic condition. Since you have had this for three months, I would be seen by your physician.

Unclear: Rheumatoid arthritis can be only of the hands as it first presents. It is more common in women than men. do you work very hard with your hands such as a mechanic or other type of laborious job? With the involvement of your wrists you need to see your doctor to have this evaluated. Need some blood work to check this out.
