Nothing: is a substitute for sleep. Having been chronically sleep deprived as a resident there is nothing like sleep. Studies show that sleep deprivation is similar to being drunk. Studies have also shown that the use of stimulants on a long term basis in leu of sleep cause paranoia and aggression not to mention addiction. So sleep you will do better in your studies.
