Only if it's already: about to break. I wouldn't worry. I have a hernia in the abdominal wall, if you don't know that you have one. You don't. Likewise inguinal hernia. Likewise hemorrhoids. Before the myriad other docs mention it, increased fiber/vegetables/fruit and stool softeners can be helpful and perhaps prevent hemorrhoids (no evidence on this Straining goes direct to abdomen (hernia); indirect to veins.

Hemorrhoids: Usually your hemorrhoids will bulge out or even bleed. Very normal, but can be painful and scary sometimes.
