GI upset?: Antibiotics can degrade the normal healthy bacterial population in the intestines which can lead to diarrhea, gas & bloating. The intestines take a sharp bend in the right upper quadrant where gas can collect & cause pain. Try probiotics like yogurt while avoiding spicy & fatty foods and beans for a while. If your symptoms don't resolve in a week or so, see your doctor.
