Red rash: If you're getting rashes on your face nightly you need to be seen by your doctor for certain testing for rheumatic disease. Do you have any other symptoms? fatigue, joint pain or stiffness? Any family hx of Lupus?

No: You need to find out the cause of the rashes and treat it appropriately. It may be a reaction to something you use at night such as soap or lotion or even clothing. Elomet is a steroid cream and should not be used without prescription as steroid creams can cause thinning of the skin. See your doctor
