With each birth: Each baby has sis or her own umbilical cord, so it gets cut with birth of each baby. Some mom's like to delay cutting the cord until baby laying on her chesrt. This practice not really possible with twins. The first needs to get cut so the second baby can be delivered. Congratulations!
