What are the first symptoms of liver or kidney disease. where would itching all over and metallic taste fall in the timeline between normal to disease?

Itching can be: related to systemic disease. Liver disease can cause increased bilirubin which can lead to diffuse itching. Dysgeusia (or the metallic taste) can be caused by a lot of things, including medications and different disease processes. I would recommend you go see your primary care doctor to get checked out.
