Please see below: You had urethral stricture after brachytherapy for ca.prostate.So it is a bulbo-membranous urethral stricture.This occurs in 5-10% of patients like you.Has your urologist discussed options like cold knife internal urethrotomy,transurethral incision or laser incision to try and "get rid" of intermittent self-catheterization.These options don't always work but are worth trying.Best wishes to you.:)
