Uti: Make sure you don't have uti. Also, muscle pain and dark urine is concerning for rhabdomyolysis. Go to doctor to check your ck level in blood. Migraine can be unrelated in this situation. Recommend a doctor visit to sort this out.

See a doctor: you might need to see a doctor to examine your urine, and prescribe something for that. your other symptoms could be not connected neither with the urine problem nor with each other, it could be a completely separate problems. 'that why you need a doctor to make sense out of what you are experiencing. the headache, pain in the thigh, the fatigue, could be related to UTI or separate problems.
