Hello i am having back pain in the middle of my back when i breathe deep. whats the cause could be?

Different causes: This could be a pinched nerve in the back of the rib cage,an inflamed muscle or inflammation of the lung and/or its lining(pleurisy). Associated cough and fever would suggest a lung infection. Ibuprofen would help the other conditions. See your physician if symptoms persist.
