CLL: Most likely these are normal bruises from your injury. Put your mind at ease and go to get tested :)

Yes: you should be tested. In addition to CLL transformation or relapse, autoimmun disorders that affect the body ability to stop bleeding are high among CLL patients. other sigins like gum bleeding after brushing your teeths are important. It could be nothing and it was just a bad hit, but I would prefer you get CBC if you don't have a recent one. Also stop NSAID's if u use them for pain until CBC.
