Should i go to the er for elbow pain and chest discomfort? went to er 2 days ago, chest x-ray clear, no history of heart issues.

No!: This is not a reason to use an er! if acute cardiac pathology was excluded 2 days ago you should take your elbow and chest symptoms to a primary care physician for a thorough evaluation. Er care is expensive. Ers are crowded. Ers are for acute, life threatening conditions. If you don't have a primary care physician try asking your friends for recommendations. Good luck.
