Chest pain: I am glad that your tests are normal. It may be costochondritis, an inflammation of the cartilage between the ribs in the chest cavity. It may also be due to anxiety. Followup with your doctor if it persists to explore these possible reasons.

I have upper chest tightness for the past 3 days ive had ekgs,stress test,echo,blood tests done everything normal besides my bilirubin being 2.6.
