Viral Syndrome: There is a lot of temperature instability when toddlers and babies are sick. The hands and feet can feel hot with the changes in body core temperature. Sounds like a fall virus. Give fever reducer, plenty of fluids and if symptoms worsen or persist, should be examined by pediatrician.
