Get checked out: Body makes fever by decreasing blood flow to skin and thus keeps the heat in the body. So the blue hands/feet/nose may jsut be a result of this movement of blood flow away form skin. However, when you start talking about blue lips, and certianly if inside of mouth (ie tongue...) is bluish, this is emergency and needs to get checked out right away.
